What does “starting at” pricing mean?
Every project is unique, so the prices you see are honest starting points — not fixed quotes. After we talk about your goals, scope, and timeline, I’ll send a clear, itemized quote so you know exactly what you’re investing before we begin. Monthly website plans are fixed — the price you see is the price you pay.
What are your typical turnaround times?
It depends on the project. Graphic design and logos usually take 1–2 weeks, websites run 3–6 weeks, and video projects vary with editing scope — wedding films typically deliver in 6–10 weeks. I’ll always give you a realistic timeline up front.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Declo, Idaho and regularly work across Burley, Rupert, Twin Falls, the Magic Valley, and Southern Idaho. Websites, branding, and graphic design I do for clients anywhere — fully remote.
Do you travel for shoots?
Absolutely. Travel throughout the Magic Valley is included, and I’m happy to travel farther for weddings and larger projects — any travel beyond the local area is simply added to your quote.
What is it actually like to work with you?
You work directly with me from first hello to final delivery — no handoffs, no account managers. We’ll plan together, I’ll keep you in the loop while I create, and you’ll get a personal, polished result.
How do deposits and booking work?
To reserve your date or project slot, I ask for a deposit (typically 50%) with the balance due at delivery. Once your deposit is in, your spot on my calendar is locked in.
How many revisions are included?
Most projects include two rounds of revisions so we can dial everything in. Additional rounds are always available — I want you to genuinely love the final result.
